We accept cash, checks, wire transfers, and debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Please note a 3% charge applies to card transactions.

3. Delivery Services

Do you offer delivery services for trailers?

Yes, we offer delivery within 60 miles of our stores. Fees vary based on distance, trailer type, and road conditions. Customers are informed of fees during checkout.

4. Trailer Hitching and Unhitching Procedures

How do I properly hitch and unhitch a trailer?

To hitch: Prepare equipment, position trailer, lower coupler, latch coupler, attach safety chains and wiring, secure load, and perform safety checks. To unhitch: Park safely, engage brake, prepare equipment, lower jack, release coupler, raise coupler, disconnect chains, and wiring, store equipment, and perform final checks.

5. Trailer Warranty Information

What kind of warranty do you offer for trailers?

We don't offer warranties directly; instead, each trailer comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Details vary by model. Customers receive warranty documentation at purchase, and claims are handled by the manufacturer.

6. Trailer Reservation Process

How can I reserve a trailer?

Contact our reservation department by phone or email. Deposit requirements vary by rental duration and are deducted from the total amount due. Extended rentals require approval from the Regional Manager.

7. Trailer Repair Services

Do you offer trailer repair services?

Yes, we provide electrical, hydraulic, and component repairs, along with preventive maintenance. Major repairs like welding are not offered. Our goal is efficient and reliable service to keep trailers safe and functional.

8. Trailer Parts Offered

What trailer parts do you offer?

We offer hitches, balls, straps, E-track systems, jacks, couplers, hydraulic pumps, batteries, tarp kits, ramps, stab jacks, spare tires, and more. Our inventory may vary, but we can order specific parts for customers.

9. Holiday Closure Schedule

What holidays are you closed?

We are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, and Easter Sunday. Regular operations resume the next business day.

10. Office Hours

What are your office hours?

Regular hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Winter hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
